How to love maturely without falling back into the mystical trap of illusion

Sometimes the night greets me with a strange sensation — not so much pain as a question , one that slips into the periphery of my thoughts like a light unsure of whether it wishes to remain. After every disappointment there arrives this moment: the moment when you no longer ask “Why did it happen?” but begin to listen to a quieter, almost prayerful inner register: “How can it not happen again?” Not as self-blame. A digital detox

A digital detox is the practice of taking a break from electronic devices and technology in order to reduce stress and improve mental health. With the increasing use of technology in our daily lives, it's not uncommon for individuals to feel overwhelmed and fatigued by the constant barrage of information and stimuli. A digital detox can provide a much-needed break from these demands and help individuals recharge and reconnect with the world around them.

Advantages of a digital detox include:

✅ Reduced stress and anxiety: Taking a break from technology can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and improve overall mental well-being.

✅ Improved sleep quality: Spending less time on electronic devices before bed can improve the quality of sleep and reduce fatigue.

✅ Increased focus and productivity: By reducing the distractions of technology, individuals can improve their ability to focus and be more productive in their work and personal life.

✅ Enhanced relationships: Spending more time with family and friends, and less time on technology, can improve relationships and increase feelings of connection and fulfillment.

It's important to note that a digital detox should not be seen as a complete rejection of technology, but rather as a healthy balance between technology use and other aspects of life. By incorporating regular digital detoxes into your routine, you can enjoy the benefits of technology while avoiding its negative impacts on your well-being.
