Not the curated truth, not the glossy highlight reel, not the version that algorithms will reward with clicks and likes, but the messy, contradictory, luminous truth. Натурален спрей с лайка и алое вера

🌼 Съставки:

  • 1/2 чаша силен чай от лайка (запарен и охладен)

  • 2 с. л. гел от алое вера (може и прясно изцеден от лист или готов био гел)

  • 1 ч. л. растително масло (жожоба, арганово, бадемово – подхранва)

  • 5–10 капки етерично масло от лайка, лавандула или иланг-иланг (по избор)

  • 1 ч. л. ябълков оцет (по желание – за балансиране на pH)

  • Спрей бутилка (100–150 мл)

🍃 Начин на приготвяне:

  1. Запари 1 с. л. лайка в 1/2 чаша вряла вода, остави за 15 минути, прецеди и охлади.

  2. В отделна купичка смеси алоето, растителното масло и етеричното масло.

  3. Смеси двете течности заедно, добави ябълковия оцет (ако използваш).

  4. Изсипи сместа в чиста спрей бутилка. Разклащай добре преди всяка употреба (маслото се отделя).

💧 Начин на употреба:

  • Напръскай върху влажна или суха коса, основно по дължината и краищата.

  • Не е нужно да изплакваш.

  • Подпомага разресването, овлажнява и придава естествен блясък.

  • Подходящ и за чувствителен скалп – лайката успокоява и облекчава сърбеж.
