🌿 Натурална маска за коса с лайка и мед

🧴 Съставки:

  • 1/2 чаша силен чай от лайка (охладен)

  • 2 с. л. мед – за овлажняване и блясък

  • 1 с. л. кокосово масло (или зехтин, или масло от авокадо) – за подхранване

  • 1 с. л. гел от алое вера – успокоява и поддържа влагата

  • 1 жълтък (по избор – богато на протеини, за укрепване)

  • 5–10 капки етерично масло от лайка или розмарин (по желание)

🍯 Приготвяне:

  1. Приготви силен чай от лайка (1 с. л. билка в 1/2 чаша вряла вода за 15 минути), прецеди и охлади.

  2. Смеси всички останали съставки в купа до получаване на гладка смес.

  3. Добави чая накрая и разбъркай.

🌸 Употреба:

  1. Нанеси върху леко влажна коса – от скалпа до краищата.

  2. Увий косата с шапка за баня или кърпа.

  3. Остави да действа 30–60 минути.

  4. Изплакни добре с хладка вода (ако има яйце – не гореща!) и измий с мек шампоан.
