Not the curated truth, not the glossy highlight reel, not the version that algorithms will reward with clicks and likes, but the messy, contradictory, luminous truth. 🌿 Натурален балсам с лайка – домашна рецепта

🧴 Съставки:

  • 1/2 чаша силен чай от лайка (запарен и охладен)

  • 1 ч. л. мед – за хидратация и блясък

  • 1 ч. л. масло от кокос / жожоба / бадем – за подхранване

  • 1 ч. л. глицерин (по избор) – омекотява и задържа влагата

  • 10 капки етерично масло от лайка или иланг-иланг (по избор)

  • 1 ч. л. ябълков оцет (по желание) – прави косата лъскава и лесна за разресване

☕ Приготвяне:

  1. Запари 1 супена лъжица лайка в 1/2 чаша вряла вода за 15 минути, прецеди и остави да изстине.

  2. В малка купа смеси чая от лайка с меда, растителното масло и останалите съставки.

  3. Разбъркай добре до хомогенна смес.

  4. Използвай веднага или съхранявай в хладилник до 5–7 дни (ако не използваш консервант).

🌸 Употреба:

  • След измиване с шампоан, нанеси балсама върху влажна коса – основно в краищата.

  • Остави да подейства 5–10 минути.

  • Изплакни обилно с хладка вода.

  • За още по-силен ефект – не изплаквай напълно, а остави малко от балсама да остане в краищата на косата.
